Nov 26, 2022 - Russia is concerned about large scale American biological research programs, both at home and abroad, especially given Washington has admitted their “dual-use nature." That's according to the commander of Russia’s Nuclear Biological and Chemical Defense Troops, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, who was speaking during a briefing on Saturday.
